Refund policy

60-day guarantee: if a product isn't right for your dog, email us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to send it back.

Damaged or wrong item: send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.

Your rights: Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers in the United States and Canada keep all the rights their local consumer laws give them. This policy adds to those rights; it does not replace them.
